Tasting Note
Ruby pink, hazy. Subtly floral pallet leads on to a vibrant
and notably succulent pallet with legs and length.

Vinification
Pinot Meunier grapes were loaded into the press and left
overnight. The following day the grapes were pressed,
and the juice fermented in stainless steel. After this the wine
was transferred to a selection of oak barrels for 8 months
before bottling.

Grapes grown Biodynamically and regeneratively on clay
soils is East Sussex.
