Tasting Note
Brilliant red cherry hued appearance, a twist of cranberry lassi. Textural and long lived on the pallet, bright and juicy acidity with a mouth-watering finish.

Vinification
Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were destemmed and crushed together and left to soak for 5 days before being pressed to stainless steel and concrete tanks and one Georgian Qvevri. Left to age for eight months before bottling.

Grape History
Grapes grown with minimal inputs at Crouch Valley and Little Grange vineyards, Essex.
