Tasting Note
Fleshy, firm apricot and taut ripe citrus are complemented
after a brief swirl, with a spindrift of salty, nutty flavours.

Vinification
Chardonnay grapes were whole bunch pressed and
fermented in a mixture of both oak barrels (different sizes
and ages) and stainless steel.

Grape History
A blend of grapes grown on two clay sites, one farmed
Biodynamically, the other conventionally.

Serve chilled, 12 degrees Celsius.
